Adult Therapy

My aim in therapy is to provide you with a safe space in which to take time to reflect on your underlying emotions and patterns of behavior. Together we will shed light on how your current and past relationships, along with life events and other challenges, are impacting your thoughts, feelings, behaviors, body, and personal connections today. Through this reflection and my gentle, honest feedback, we will identify what is holding you back from living as fulfilled a life as possible. Once we identify these barriers, we will work together to help you make alternative choices that will allow you to be healthier, feel freer, and to establish deeper, more compassionate, connections with yourself and others.
